How much does the cellular data plan cost for this camera?

Data plans range from $19.9 per month up to $169.0 per year for each device. Each camera requires its own separate data plan subscription and data cannot be shared across multiple units. New devices include 300MB of trial data for initial use.

Can I switch out the SIM card for my own personal phone SIM?

No. ONLY the SIM card that comes built into the camera can be applied; the SIM card is not detachable. Additionally, the pre-installed SIM card only supports local network usage within the United States and does not support cross-regional or international roaming.

What app is used to view live video on my mobile phone?

You can access live footage, change settings, and receive push notifications using the free Ucon App available for smartphones. As described in the main guide, the app allows users to view 2.7K Live Video, play back recorded motion events, and control the camera remotely.

Does the camera support Wi-Fi connection?

No. This camera operates exclusively over 4G LTE cellular signals (supporting Verizon, T-Mobile, and AT&T networks). Wi-Fi networks are not supported by this hardware.

How long does the internal solar-charged battery last without direct sunlight?

Equipped with a built-in battery and a 4W solar panel, the camera provides continuous electric power under normal outdoor lighting. In sustained cloudy conditions without sun, the internal battery keeps operating for Up to 30 days days based on usage frequency.
